Our community management services include processing all payments and notifying the HOA monthly about delinquent accounts. We handle email and mail correspondence on behalf of the Association for late payments, pay all vendors and bills for the Association, and submit monthly reports and records detailing all receipts of expenditures and disbursements. Additionally, we conduct a yearly review of expenses to forecast a budget for the following year. We also provide HOA letters for balances owed when properties are sold to new owners, maintain insurance records and claims for the Association, and manage pool keys for members. Our services extend to posting notices for violations, addressing owner complaints according to Association guidelines, and taking phone calls and emails on behalf of the Association. Furthermore, we manage all repairs with vendors and help acquire bids for future repairs or updates to property as needed, ensuring effective property management in Oklahoma City.
