OKC Management is a d/b/a of Levinson Property Management LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you interact with us by phone, text message (SMS), email, or our website at okcmanagement.com.

We may collect: your name, phone number, email address, property address, payment information (for tenants and owners), and the contents of communications you send to us (voicemails, text messages, emails, web inquiries).

- Send appointment reminders, maintenance updates, and account notifications related to your HOA management

- Process payments and maintain records required by law

- Communicate with you about your property, lease, or HOA

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

When you call our business line at (405) 999-7254 and your call is not answered live, you will hear a recorded greeting informing you that you can hang up to receive a text message reply. By choosing to hang up, you consent to receive one SMS reply from us. You may also initiate text conversations with us by sending us a message; doing so constitutes consent to receive SMS responses related to your inquiry.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending you SMS.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell or share your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as our communications platform Twilio, our property management software, payment processors, and maintenance vendors) only as needed to deliver our services to you, including our tenant services, and with parties to your lease or HOA, or as required by law.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below. To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
