SMS Terms & Conditions — OKC Management

By providing your phone number and engaging with OKC Management (a d/b/a of Levinson Property Management LLC, "we," "us") via text message (SMS), you agree to the following terms.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
OKC Management uses SMS to respond to inbound calls that go unanswered, and to communicate with tenants, owners, prospective customers, and vendors about property management matters, maintenance requests, account notifications, scheduling, and related inquiries. Messages may be sent by an AI assistant named "Iris" on our behalf.
OPT-IN
You provide consent to receive SMS messages by either:
(1) calling our business line at (405) 999-7254 and hanging up after hearing our recorded greeting, which informs you that hanging up will trigger an SMS reply, or
(2) sending us a text message at (405) 873-6292 or (405) 999-7254.
By taking either action, you consent to receive SMS related to your inquiry or our services.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies and depends on the nature and number of your interactions with us. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages.
MESSAGE & DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
OPT-OUT
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send a one-time confirmation that no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, contact us by phone or text again.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
NO SHARING
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
PRIVACY
Use of our SMS service is also subject to our Privacy Policy at https://okcmanagement.com/privacy.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
